In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "hx777" / "the Company" / "We" / "Us" / "Our" refers to the operator of the hx777 platform at hx777.bio, operating under an international gaming licence.
• "Player" / "User" / "You" / "Your" refers to any individual who registers for or uses the hx777 platform, including its games, sportsbook, and payment services.

• You must not already hold an active or suspended hx777 account. hx777 enforces a strict one-account-per-player policy. Each individual Pakistani CNIC may only be associated with a single hx777 account at any time.
• You must not be self-excluded from the hx777 platform or have been permanently banned from the platform for any prior Terms & Conditions violation.

hx777 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including during the registration process, upon first withdrawal request, or at any later point at the Company's sole discretion. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and restriction of withdrawal access until verification is completed.

Players are responsible for maintaining the security of their hx777 account at all times. This includes choosing a strong, unique password, enabling two-factor authentication where available, and ensuring that login credentials are not shared with any third party. hx777 will never request your password through any communication channel.

Any activity that occurs within a player's hx777 account — including bets placed, withdrawals requested, and bonuses claimed — is the sole responsibility of the registered account holder. hx777 cannot be held liable for unauthorised account access arising from a player's failure to maintain adequate account security. If you suspect your account has been compromised, you must contact hx777 support immediately.

hx777 accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any balance within it to any other person. Accounts that are inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months may be subject to a monthly dormancy administration fee, the current rate of which will be disclosed in your account settings prior to application.

hx777 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods available to Pakistani players:

Withdrawals will generally be directed to the payment method used for the original deposit. hx777 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Processing times stated above are indicative only and may vary during high demand periods, particularly during PSL match days and major sporting events. hx777 does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions, however third-party payment provider fees may apply and are outside the Company's control.

hx777 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and loyalty tier rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

• Bonus funds are credited to the player's account as a separate bonus balance. Real-money funds and bonus funds are tracked separately and real-money funds are used first in all wagers unless otherwise specified.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements as stated in the specific promotion. Wagering requirements must be completed before bonus funds or associated winnings can be withdrawn. Typical wagering requirements range from 20x to 40x the bonus amount on qualifying games.

hx777 reserves the right to withdraw or amend any promotion at any time with reasonable notice to affected players. Where a promotion contains an error, hx777 reserves the right to honour the intended terms of the offer rather than the erroneous version.

Each game and betting product available on hx777 is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the individual game or event interface. These specific rules supplement but do not replace these general Terms & Conditions. In the event of any conflict, the specific game or sports betting rules shall take precedence with respect to the conduct of that specific game or event.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the hx777 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balance, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering or using an hx777 account while under 21 years of age, or providing false age information during registration or KYC.
• Creating or operating multiple hx777 accounts for any purpose, including bonus exploitation, circumvention of limits, or evasion of account restrictions.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, hx777 shall not be liable to any player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or interruption of gaming sessions caused by technical failures outside the Company's reasonable control.

hx777's total aggregate liability to any individual player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies notwithstanding any failure of essential purpose of any limited remedy and to the fullest extent permitted by law.

hx777 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, and circumstances beyond the Company's control (including internet service disruptions experienced by Pakistani ISPs) may result in temporary platform unavailability. hx777 is not liable for any losses claimed to arise from such unavailability.

hx777 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where the Company has reasonable grounds to believe that the player:

• Has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Has provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• Is involved in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other criminal conduct;
• Is using the platform in a manner that poses a risk to the integrity of hx777's games or operations;
• Is under the minimum age requirement of 21 years.

Upon account termination for a breach of these Terms & Conditions, hx777 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Funds determined not to be associated with fraudulent activity will be returned to the player via the original payment method following completion of the investigation. Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus exploitation are not returnable under any circumstances.

Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting hx777 support. Upon voluntary closure, any real-money balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to the player's registered payment method within 5 business days.

hx777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time.
